I have been using Rangers Valley beef for the past 3 years, first in Bangkok and now here at The Peninsula Manila.
I like their beef because the high quality paralleled by the consistent price. The impact it made to our guests was substantial in the way of satisfied diners - its not always easy to get a great product consistently at a stable price.
The beef holds up well even when cooked well done, which is not advised for any beef, but still guests order it. I can be rest assured with Rangers Valley beef because of the texture, a real beef flavor and consistency with the product are the most important aspects. Enjoy it while it lasts.
