starting a sheep station in 1839. today,
Rangers Valley is the premier long fed beef
operation in Australia. the 32,000-head
feedlot is a state-of-the-art facility twice
awarded the prestigious Feedlot of the year.

The Rangers Valley farm is 4,700ha (12,000 acre) and produces grain, including corn and allows for
backgrounding cattle for the feedlot.
at 1,000 metres above sea level in the northern tablelands of new south wales, Rangers Valley
enjoys a cool climate that suits high quality beef production, by providing a stress-free environment for
the animals throughout the year. Rangers Valley began producing long fed beef in 1988 when the Rangers Valley Cattle Station Pty Ltd feedlot was first established. Today Rangers Valley is owned by the Marubeni Corporation of Japan.

Rangers Valley has 45 dedicated staff to operate this integrated business covering the purchase, feeding, care and processing of specially selected cattle.
